The Importance of National Education Day

National Education day is celebrated on11th November every year.

Moulana Abdul Kalam Azad
On this day our first Education minister was born. Do you know who he was? He was Moulana Abdul Kalam Azad. He was also the first muslim socialist after India became a free and sovereign country. He also fought with British. But he also did not want the partition of India and Pakistan but he was unsuccessful.

After he became the Education minister of India he also the spread the meaning of Education. He went in every town and village to spread Education. So from that day in every town and villages, there are schools. Now in the villages of India too, a large number of people are literate. In some villages of India the classes of farming are also going on.

So let us take the promise to study more better for the proud of our country “India”.
